We are growing—and we’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. You will be based in our Meridian, Idaho office.


Position Summary

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Premier Mortgage Resources, you will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to leadership and employees, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You’ll work across the full spectrum of HR, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Champion Premier Mortgage Resources’ culture, values, and DEI efforts
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with change management and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a financial services or mortgage lending environment
  • Previous mortgage experience, preferred
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Dayforce/Ceridian, preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
